Only 2 weeks after successfully energizing the 110kV substation – Quoc Vinh Wind Power Plant Project (Soc Trang), at 10pm on October 19, ACEE continued to complete the energizing 110kV substation – Project V.P.L Ben Tre Wind Power Plant meets the requirements of the investor on schedule.
V.P.L Ben Tre Wind Power Plant is located in Thoi Thuan and Thua Duc communes, Binh Dai district, Ben Tre province, invested by VPL Energy Joint Stock Company – a member company of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company. The plant has a registered capacity of 60MW as planned and is deployed in two phases. Currently, the project is being implemented in phase 1 with a capacity of 30MW and a total investment of 1,452 billion VND. When completed and put into operation, the electricity output is expected to reach 86 million kWh/year.
When put into operation, the V.P.L Ben Tre Wind Power Plant will contribute to reducing power loss, improving the reliability of uninterrupted power supply for the region, and meeting the demand for electricity for economic development – Ben Tre province society. Besides, it also meets the power supply demand and future load development for Binh Dai 110 kV substation.
In this project, ACEE participates as the unit implementing the calibration testing of the entire project.
