The project has the scale of installing 01 transformer 220/110/22 kV – 250 MVA. On the 220kV side, 04 new feeders were installed and 01 feeder was renovated. On the 110kV side, install 01 compartment on the 110kV side of the newly installed transformer and 04 compartments on the 110kV line; Adding panel cabinets to the protection control system; Reconfigure the station protection control system for the new installation. After completion, increase the station’s capacity to 375MVA.
The 220kV Bac Giang – Lang Son line project has a route length of 101.6km, from the 220kV North substation to the 220kV Lang Son substation.

The completion of the projects is important in helping to enhance the ability to supply electricity to serve the socio-economic development of Lang Son, Bac Giang provinces and surrounding areas, especially during this year’s hot season.
At the same time, it helps reduce load and avoid overload for the existing AT1 220/110kV-125MVA transformer and 110kV lines in the area. Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the regional 220kV and 110kV power grids in normal and N-1 incident modes, thereby improving the ability to supply electricity to serve the economic and social development of Lang province Son, Bac Giang and surrounding areas.
Completion of the project is very important to ensure electricity for the Northern region
This is also a practical action of CPMB officials and employees to celebrate the 15th anniversary of EVNNPT’s establishment (July 1, 2008 – July 1, 2023), the 35th anniversary of CPMB’s establishment (July 7, 1988 – July 7, 2023). /2023), at the same time successfully welcoming the 4th EVNNPT Trade Union Congress, aiming to welcome the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union Congress in October 2023.
